About the

McKenzie River Inn

The Historic McKenzie River Inn: A Legacy Reborn

For decades, the Historic McKenzie River Inn has been a cornerstone of the valley. Following its 2021 rebuild, this legendary estate enters a new chapter, offering a rare fusion of custom residential luxury and high-potential commercial flexibility. Set on 2.5 pristine acres with 365’ of private river frontage, the property is a masterpiece of modern design, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a commercial-grade kitchen, and an intimate wine cellar.

Whether envisioned as a premier boutique hotel, an elite event venue, or a private family legacy, the Inn is perfectly positioned in the heart of drift boat fly-fishing. With its serene Japanese gardens, a private log cabin for an owner/host, and zoning for further expansion, this is more than a property—it is a turnkey opportunity to lead the next generation of McKenzie River hospitality.

Our Experience in Hospitality

Bed and Breakfast

The Inn operated as a Bed and Breakfast from 1978 to 2020 uninterupted. It had 3 rooms, and 6 cabins with a total capacity of 36. Plus a small camping area and 2 RV spots.

Weddings and Events

McKenzie River Inn hosted many large groups and it’s location was perfect for wine tastings, weddings, reunions, business retreats and team building. Our largest group was 248 people. We’ve had small concerts and and have a parking capacity of 45 cars.

Crescent Moon Cafe

Starting as the breakfast portion for the inn, the cafe expanded to become a French fine dining restaurant serving breakfast for inn guests, then open to the public for lunch on weekends and dinner 5 nights a week. Capacity was 17 inside and 42 on the patio. We had a wine and beer license.
